If you rent a boat with a captain, after paying the corresponding taxes, only the payment for fuel consumption, which is not included, will remain pending. Most of Sea Charter Ibiza's boats are rented with a captain service. We also have boats available for rent without a captain, which can be operated by the client if they have sailing experience and a valid license. You can inquire about valid licenses from our team. Additionally, we have some boats in our catalog available without the need for a license.
Our team is highly qualified to handle an emergency situation. All our boats are equipped with life jackets. In the case of traveling with minors, it is the customer's responsibility to inform at the beginning of the rental so that adult life jackets can be replaced with child-sized ones.
All our boats have comprehensive insurance. If the damage is caused by misuse by the customer or not following safety regulations, it will be the responsibility of the customer.

What is included?

If the client, for any reason, decides to cancel, the following percentages of the total contract amount will be charged: More than one month before the start date, 25% of the total price; less than one month but up to seven days before the start date, 50% of the total price; less than 7 days before the start date, 75%. In case of canceling with less than 24 hours' notice, the amount paid will be forfeited. Please consult with our company regarding your specific case. We have a lot of flexibility in our cancellation policy.The company may cancel the service at any time in case of a breakdown or if the weather conditions do not recommend proceeding with the boat rental, refunding the payment made by the client in full.
We include the equipment specified for each of our boats. Additionally, we provide complimentary drinks, ice, snorkeling gear, and towels (upon request). Please consult with our team about other equipment not included.
Our team is highly qualified. Regarding languages, most of them are Spanish speakers, but they also speak English and, in some cases, other languages. We are confident that, in one language or another, the team will contribute to making your day unforgettable in the waters of Ibiza and Formentera.
Our boat rental days include complimentary drinks and ice. You can also bring your own as long as they are not in glass containers. Bringing glass containers on board is not allowed.
