Hello, I am Alex Lamarca born and raised in Barcelona. My relationship with the sea has always been linked to the Catalan coast, where I grew up exploring the coves, immersing myself in its waters and sailing with my family this beautiful part of the coast. When I was older, I continued to be linked to the sea, related to the world of teaching Kitesurfing, Surfing and dinghy sailing. Passions, which over time I decided to keep to myself and undertake this new adventure as a skipper within Sea Charter Ibiza from 2021. I currently perform the role of port coordination along with my colleagues Iñaki and Miguel, while also becoming a skipper. Greetings, good bow.

Hello, I'm Florin, originally from Romania, I started my career as a waiter but I followed my love for the sea and became a captain.I'm now work at Sea Charter Ibiza, for 3 years, providing exceptional maritime experiences with the motto 'Sailing towards exceptional experiences', ensuring unforgettable trips for my clients.

I am Gabriel Caiña, born in Ibiza. Since I was little, I have been passionate about both sports and the sea, and the combination of both. I also really enjoy being able to enjoy the waters of our islands by boat. Whether with friends, family, or clients. In 2021, I joined the Sea Charter Ibiza team, and therefore I have been able to enjoy the sea while working as well. I would like to highlight the team that has been created in our company, from the first to the last, whether it be management and administration of the company, port managers, logistics team, cleaning crew, and captains... I'm Iñaki Valencia Molero, Arrived in Ibiza at a few months old. A fan of all sports and in love with the sea since I was very young, enjoying the incredible waters of Ibiza! After 11 years working in the same sector, in 2023 I decided to completely change my life by entering the nautical sector, and what better way than at Sea Charter Ibiza, where I have truly enjoyed my work. We look forward to welcoming you once again to enjoy our boats.

I am Joaquin Cordero, born in Seville, lover of nature, discovering new places and everything that has a motor. My studies are related to Marketing and international business, but my passion took me on another path. In 2017 I started in nautical charter as a captain, a world that I am passionate about and allows me to enjoy the best beaches in the world, Ibiza and Formentera. Let me show you the best corners of the island from the sea!

Cleaning Manager

I am Mercia Gomides born in Brazil. Since I was a child I have lived on farms and I always liked everything related to water and nature. I am eternally grateful for everything I have learned in these 3 years with our Sea Charter Ibiza Company and team. I am in charge of cleaning and organizing all the boats. I consider that we are a great team and that we support each other a lot among the Sea Charter Ibiza workers and we will continue doing everything possible, with the maximum dedication to be prepared for the new season and give the best service to all the people who come to do the rides on our boats.

My name is Miguel López, I have been a skipper at Sea Charter Ibiza for three years and an Ibizan by adoption since 2012. Born in Madrid, to parents who went there looking for more opportunities than the countryside offered, I got tired of looking for the sea every summer and decided to move to Ibiza. Here, the symbiosis with the Mediterranean is inevitable and I fell in love with its crystalline waters. Let me show you my favorite corners and let's be surprised together at the beauty that, to this day, continues to leave me speechless.

My name is Pau Sansano, I was born in Ibiza, and the Mediterranean runs through my veins. I come from a family of sailors who have instilled in me respect and love for the sea and the nature surrounding these wonderful islands. It brings me great joy to share these values through my profession as a Captain, allowing everyone to discover the beauty of these waters its coasts illuminated by the sun and its culture, our Posidonia meadows thanks to which we have an irreplaceable ecosystem, accompanied by the hospitality of its people. Although I trained in Graphic Design, it is at sea where I feel I truly shine and give my best. This year, I embark on a new journey with the wonderful team of Sea Charter Ibiza. With each voyage, my goal is to provide an unforgettable experience, connecting with the essence of the Mediterranean and taking with you a piece of its magic.

I am Valeria Gregorio, born in Ibiza. I love being in contact with nature and doing any activity related to the sea and the beach. Being able to enjoy the wonderful beaches of Ibiza on my paddle surf board. Passionate about the sea, the beaches and noticing the salt on my skin.Fortunately I have always been in contact with the sea by going fishing with my father and since last year I have been happy to be part of the Sea Charter Ibiza family.

I am Jaime Argüello, lover of boats and sailing on the islands of Ibiza and Formentera. Originally from León, I have exchanged the land for the sea. Currently, I am a Professional Pleasure Boat Skipper in the Sea Charter Ibiza team. I feel grateful and completely happy for having turned my passion into my profession. We are waiting for you for another season to provide the best service and enjoy the incredible waters of Ibiza and Formentera.

Hello! My name is Ricardo beleret, Richi to my friends. Citizen of the world, born in Valencia. We could say that I grew up in the sea, practicing water sports such as sailing, snorkeling and canoeing, among many others, but surfing has always been one of my passions and thanks to that I have been able to get to know the sea better and travel around the world. At work, I started in the nautical industry as a Jet Ski instructor 10 years ago. After returning from a long break in Australia, I decided to expand my nautical knowledge, starting as a sailor on superyachts until becoming a professional skipper. Together with Sea charter Ibiza I have acquired much more experience as a captain, surrounded by the best team, without a doubt, that one could have. So if you want to live the best day of your vacation sailing through the incredible waters of Ibiza and Formentera... let's go!

I am Donna Bennett, born in England but moved to Ibiza in 1998 and fell in love with the island and it's beaches. In 2000 I started in the boat industry, selling day trips to Formentera, some years later I became the Es Vedra tour guide. In 2021 I started selling day charters on private boats, this is when I first came into contact with Sea Charter Ibiza. The whole team want happy customers, show respect and have high values and principles. I am fortunate to be joining this amazing team in 2024 doing sales/admin/translation, (as I speak 5 languages). I love to help people, offer a good service and it fulfills me when our customers have a great experience.

Founder & Management

I am Juan Solórzano, born in Ibiza and closely related to the marine world since I was 4 years old. I am passionate about diving and the waters of Ibiza and Formentera. Also sailing with my family and friends. My training is related to education and Mathematics. In 2016 I began the Sea Charter Ibiza adventure by creating the website and relationships with other collaborating companies and clients. Currently I am responsible for the team that makes up Sea Charter Ibiza and I am in charge of reservations, management of our fleet and dealing with clients and collaborating companies. It is a job that makes me happy. I hope to continue leading this great project and continue contributing to our clients having incredible holidays in Ibiza and Formentera.
